The web form uses FormSubmit before delivery to the project inbox. Do not place secrets or highly sensitive personal data in that form.

Useful context for a tip

Include dates, archived URLs, filings, screenshots, court documents, or other evidence and explain what you believe needs checking. Say clearly if attribution should be withheld.
