Do screenshots have EXIF?

Generally no. Camera app photos do, OS screenshots do not.

Can EXIF be falsified?

Yes. Tools like ExifTool can edit all tags. Do not trust EXIF as forensic evidence without verification.

Do all image formats support EXIF?

Primarily JPEG and TIFF. PNG, GIF, and WebP generally do not contain EXIF.
